History
In 2023, Eastbourne Mencap rebranded to Inspire Sussex, reaffirming our commitment to empowering individuals with learning disabilities. Our rich history since 1949 guides our mission. Join us in our journey, creating an inclusive future. Originally Eastbourne & District Mencap, we consistently support adults with learning disabilities in Eastbourne and nearby areas.
At Inspire Sussex, we actively involve those we support in decisions about their lives, fostering independence and unlocking opportunities. Operating three specialised residential homes, we tirelessly pursue excellence, leveraging award-winning technology to meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
